    Jason is an ex-Empire Flippers M&A professional.  He’s evaluated over 400+ businesses with total combined valued over $170 million.  An Amazon Seller himself, he understands the whole FBA ecommerce business from end to end.  

    As a Chinese-American, with experience living in Shenzhen, and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, he understands not only both cultures, but also their respective industries.  He’s rubbed shoulders with some of the largest Sellers in the space and acutely understands the concerns of Western Buyers when it comes to acquiring Chinese owned Seller FBA businesses.
